
Join us in Yellowknife’s Old Town.
Learn the legends and science of the aurora, essential camera settings, composing and light painting, including overviews of time lapse and processing your images. A one-page hand-out will be provided detailing the technical aspects of basic camera settings.
The workshop includes a classroom presentation followed by a hands-on photography practice outside.
Participant Requirements:
A sturdy tripod; a digital camera capable of basic exposure and lens adjustments; wide angle (at least 24mm) lens and if available, the instruction manual for the camera.
